Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the research products sold by Enhanced Chems, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

Our products are intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes and are not for human or animal consumption. Because the integrity and handling conditions of a product cannot be verified once it has left our possession, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact Enhanced Chems as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs of the package, shipping label, product, or other information necessary to verify the issue. Verified shipping or fulfillment errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Enhanced Chems may provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution at its discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation request; however, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

Enhanced Chems is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
